Major Iain Grahame (1932-2023) was a soldier who
served with a battalion of the King’s African Rifles in the 1950s,
a naturalist, and later an antiquarian bookseller. This book focuses on Daws
Hall, his breeding centre for wildfowl and rare pheasants, which has since
become a nature reserve on the Essex/Suffolk border.
